We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you want to return a product within this period, please fill out the return-form and send it back to us together with the product you wish to return. If you wish to exchange your product; please place a new order on the product you want and ask for a refund on the original product. Please note that this refund policy does NOT apply to products that are downloaded digitally because it is impossible to return such an item.

Repayment of received and approved returns will be made within 30 days.


We only accept payment in advance by either a credit- or debit card. You as a customer can also pay by using your Paypal account.

You can feel secure when making a card payment to us as we encrypt your card details to ensure they do not fall into the wrong hands. We also offer 3D Secure which is available on our card transactions. This is an additional service, offered by the card issuers, that the card owner can have as an extra protection when making payments over the Internet. Any card user that does not have this extra protection is not affected by us having this available to those who do.

Discount codes do not apply to the purchase of gift cards.


We take full responsibility for any goods that get either damaged or lost during the delivery to you. If you choose to return anything to us you are then responsible for the goods until it has been safely received by us. Make sure to wrap return items carefully and use the original packaging.

If you discover that an item has been damaged during transportation, you must carefully write this down on the delivery note when you accept the item. Please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the broken item and we will help you further.


If an ordered parcel is not collected we will still charge the customer for the original postage and the return handling fees. Additional freight costs, according to the current delivery price list, are also charged for large parcels.



If you have any complaints or comments relating to any of our products, or if you wish to return an item that you are not happy with, always contact our customer services at You need to give us your order number. According to Swedish law you are entitled to return faulty or damaged goods up to 3 years after the purchase. The fault or damage must be due to a manufacturing error and is not valid for normal usage or aging of the product. Any complaints due to faults or damage should be made as soon as possible after detection. Once we have received the returned goods our aim is to solve the complaint within 30 days.

Please note: The return policy does not apply to downloaded digital products as these cannot be returned.


Pictures displaying products cannot be guaranteed to correspond to the exact appearance and characteristics of the product. We take reservations concerning possible errors in product information and we have the right to change product information as well as price without further notice.

We have the right to correct any possible errors. We take reservations concerning price errors, errors concerning discount codes, price adjustments, products out of stock, inventory errors, adjustments in technical specifications and possible typos on our website as well as in advertisements. In some instances beyond our control, we may be unable to fulfil our obligations in these terms and conditions. This could be due to; legal changes, government actions, ongoing pandemics, industrial actions, fire, flooding, an act of war, terrorism, sabotage, larger accidents or similar situations.

We guarantee not to divulge or pass on any personal information that we receive from our customers. We only collect and use the information that we and our connecting partners need to be able to process your order. Examples of partners are PSP (Payment Service Provider) and banks.

As a customer you have the right to request a copy of the data we store about you and also request that the data is removed.

We follow the regulations and recommendations regarding marketing communication and do not send spam. As a customer you might receive e-mail or other forms of communications regarding your order, payment or other actions initiated by your self. You can also receive e-mail, sms or other direct marketing with information, newsletters or other offers regarding our services.
